The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner was arrested in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 191 of 2014 and he is said to have confessed his guilt.

From perusal of para-86 of the case diary, it appears that the petitioner had talked with one Md. Aslam and the mobile number 9525392836 belongs to the petitioner and on such the petitioner was remanded in this case. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
