The petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2017 in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 324 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement made before the police, which has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there has been no recovery from his possession. It is further submitted that petitioner has not yet been placed on T.I. Parade. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.59126 of 2017 (2) dt.18-12-2017 2/2 the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 324 of 2017.
