JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Kochadhaman PS Case No. 106 of 2017 registered under Section 394 of the IPC. Submission is that the petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement, found in possession of 3000 rupees cash and except that there is no material against him. He was not even put on TIP and he is in custody since 9.7.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Mojibur Rahman is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Kishanganj in connection with Kochadhaman PS Case No. 106 of 2017.
