The petitioner seeks bail in Jhajha P.S. Case No. 129 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 448, 354 (A), 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant by iron rod.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that injury has been found to be simple in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 09.02.2022. Investigation is complete.

Learned APP vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17278 of 2022(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 129 of 2020.
