====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have approached this Court against Annexue-15 which is a letter issued by the District Programme Officer, Lakhisarai dated 27.05.2015 whereby the direction has been given for termination of the services of the petitioners and seven others. Learned counsel further submits that right from the date of issuance of order the petitioners are not allowed to work and mark their attendance.

In view of the fact that petitioner has approached directly this Court without availing the remedy before the District Appellate Authority, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Appellate Authority within a period of one month.

It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioners along with condonation of delay petition, the same shall be considered by the District Appellate Authority in accordance with law.
