The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.
The petitioner is the father-in-law of the complainant. The complainant made omnibus and general allegations of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner.
