The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Islampur P.S. Case No.578 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to have eloped the daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she has stated that she went with the petitioner voluntarily as she loves him, she has also solemnized marriage with the petitioner in Arya Samaj Mandir, Mithapur, Patna. Having considered the statement of the girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No.578 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
