Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections-406, 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be rice miller and accusation against him is that he failed to supply the rice and misappropriated huge government money.
The agreement executed between the parties reveals that there was a clause that in failure to supply of rice, the corporation may institute a certificate case.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26832 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 2/2 Moreover, it is informed on behalf of the petitioner that several cases of similar nature were registered against different persons and several persons are enjoying the privilege of anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
