This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Baligaon P.S. Case No. 123 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and (c) of the Bihar prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is 72 years old and he has no criminal antecedent, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
