The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner assaulted him with Pharsa on her head. The petitioner is the neighbour and wife of the petitioner lodged Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 450 of 2013. The injury found on the person of the informant is of course incised but superficial and simple in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be

No.28100 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 417 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
