The writ application is dismissed in view of the position which subsists since 2012 that the teachers and the employees of the intermediate college are supposed to superannuate at the age of 60 years and that is the uniform yardstick with regard to superannuation age at par with schools. An intermediate college is not a college but is a 10+2 school and, therefore, any parity which is being sought with the University is not applicable with regard to the age of superannuation.
