Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Deoria P.S. Case No. 71 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 448, 452, 354, 379 read with Section 34 of the IPC, pending in the court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Muzaffarpur (West).

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18049 of 2023(3) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 the learned Court below shall pass order on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that there is case and counter case between the parties.
