The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.302 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

By order dated 31.07.2019, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court. There is no any new ground for reconsideration of the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the above named petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the above named petitioner in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.302 of 2018 pending in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15410 of 2020(4) dt.17-03-2021 2/2 the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Arrah, Bhojpur is hereby rejected. However, the court below is directed to expedite the trial.
