The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tiyar P.S. Case No. 22 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 427, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73823 of 2022. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
