This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Jamalpur P.S. Case No.201 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2) 329(4), 115(2), 76, 64 and 62 of the B.N.S. 2023.

The petitioner is accused of trying to commit rape with the victim.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2024 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16681 of 2025(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger / concerned Court below, in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No.201 of 2024. 7.

At the time of accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below shall verify the fact whether the petitioner has clean antecedent or not. If it is found that the petitioner has clean antecedent, only then his bail bonds shall be accepted by the Court below.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Jamalpur Police Station, District- Munger on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
