JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147,148,149,323,324,307,353 427 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that when the police went to arrest Mukesh Choudhary, he attacked the informant being police personnel and other accused persons including the petitioners also assaulted the police party.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury is simple and accusation of assault is general and omnibus. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26936 of 2015 (2) dt.03-07-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Pakaribarawan P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Nawada.
This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
