JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 18-04-2019 Mr. Ram Niwas Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, while pressing the writ petition, submits that the case of the petitioner is exactly similar to the case of Pramod Kumar Yadav, who had approached this Court vide C.W.J.C. No. 2244 of 2019 and an order had been passed in the aforesaid writ petition on 13.02.2019, permitting the petitioner therein to make a representation before the District Magistrate, Saharsa, who, in turn, was directed to

Patna High Court CWJC No.6006 of 2019 dt.18-04-2019 2/2 dispose off the same within a period of four weeks on receipt of such representation.

2. The matter relates to appointment of Peons on a regular basis in the Collectorate of Saharsa for which a Panel had been prepared in the past, which Panel continued to remain in existence and was being revised till 2017.

3. In the event of the concerned respondent, i.e., the District Magistrate, Saharsa finding the claim of the petitioner to be squarely covered by the order dated 13.02.2019, referred to above, he shall permit the petitioner, in the present instance also, to file a representation within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of this order, which shall be disposed off in likemanner, within a period of six weeks thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
