The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Kotwali (Kasim Bazar) P.S. Case No. 117 of 2002 for offence under Sections 328 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the younger brother of the Informant has illicit relation with the petitioner when brother of the Informant was poisoned to death.

Since, from the impugned order, it appears that that the case was registered in the year 2002, the petitioner is named in the First Information Report and has been declared absconder, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23274 of 2016 (2) dt.24-05-2016 above named, is rejected.
