2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

I. For a direction upon the Circle Officer, Kutumba, Aurangabad to act upon the order dated 24/06/2025 passed by DCLR Aurangabad passed in Mutation Appeal No.

1834/2024-25 and do the all needful for the mutation of the land in favour of petitioner along with his other brother.

ii. Further also direct the Circle Officer, Kutumba, Aurangabad to consider the representation of the petitioner and act in accordance with law and further the request

Patna High Court CWJC No.4919 of 2026(4) dt.20-07-2026 2/2 for mutation of the petitioner along with his brother do in accordance with the order of the learned DCLR;

iii. Further also direct the respondent authority not to take any adverse step with regard to the legitimate claim of the petitioner till the disposal of this present writ application.

IV. Any other relief or reliefs which this court may find deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case..

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.

4. Though, on the basis of documents that have come on record by way of counter affidavit, this Court wanted to dismissed the writ petition after imposing cost, in view of the fact that prayer for adjournment has been made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
