Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sheikhpura (Kushumbha O.P.) P.S.Case No. 354 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and allegation is of causing her death.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in this case charge sheet has been submitted under Section 306 IPC and as a matter of fact she has committed suicide and other accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 10.5.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 13777 of 2018. Heard learned APP also.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41854 of 2018 (2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of her arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusumbha O.P.) P.S.Case No. 354 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
