2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1) , 92 and 3(5) of BNS.
3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that informant Fauji Kumar alleged that this petitioner along with other coaccused persons abused informant and his wife and on protest, all the accused persons assaulted his wife who was 5 months pregnant, as a result of which his wife died during course of treatment.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is wife of co-accused Rohit Kumar who is alleged to have assaulted wife of informant and there is no specific allegation
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16579 of 2025(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 of any overt act against this petitioner. Petitioner is own gotni of the deceased. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Munger in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 201 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
