The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complainant Case No. 948 (C ) of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the father-in-law of the complainant. The complainant has made omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture.
