The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 332 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 366, 366A and 372 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as contained in Annexure-2 to the instant application, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36237 of 2014 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2 / 2 event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M. Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 332 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
