The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 447, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioners along with coaccused Masudan Ram surrounded the informant and abused, when co-accused Amresh Chaudhary, caught the informant and pulled her sari. On protest being made the accused persons assaulted the informant with lathi. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that one bruise and one swelling injury has been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26803 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 found on the scalp of the informant. Injury no. 2 has been found to be simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence also.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 41 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
