This application has been filed for a direction upon the respondent authorities to remove encroachment in front of plot of the petitioner.

The petitioner is directed to approach the Sub Divisional Officer, Bakhri, District- Begusarai under section 133 of the Cr.P.C. in view of the directions issued by a Division Bench of this Court in the case of Sanjay Jha vs. State of Bihar and Ors. reported as 2016 (1) PLJR 248. 4.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of
