JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 987 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was caught while trying to steal the vehicle of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case and has been languishing in jail custody since 17.07.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I may deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail on completion of six months of his custody from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53208 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 date of his arrest i.e. 17.07.2017, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 987 of 2017 and also subject to other terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and proper by the learned trial court.
