Having regard to the fact that by order, dated 05.05.2016, the learned Single Judge has not taken any final decision, we are not inclined to admit this intra-Court appeal. It would, however, remain open to the appellant to raise, in the writ proceeding, all the contentions, which have been raised with regard to the facts and position of law in the present appeal.
