The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
28.875 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner and other co-accused persons. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Recovery has been made from the house, which is joint possession of family. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent of similar nature and he is in custody since 21.01.2022. Investigation is complete.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
