The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The widow of deceased made allegation that the petitioners and other accused persons on the allegation that her son kidnapped the daughter of Yaddu Paswan brutally assaulted her husband and her husband died on the spot.

The submission is that the petitioners are not at all related to Yaddu Paswan and no specific allegation is made against the petitioners.

Considering the fact that petitioners and other accused persons are alleged to have indiscriminately assaulted the husband

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27806 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 of informant causing his death on the spot, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
