Petitioner seeks bail in Simri P.S. Case No. 134 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a 70 years old person. The only allegation against the petitioner is that he caught the waist of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since, 21.08.2017.
Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two
