JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19.07.2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the IPC. Petitioner and one FIR named accused Arman Mian are said to have caught hold the informant whereas FIR named accused Jitendra Yadav and others gave several dagger blows to the informant. However, after investigation, police submitted final form in respect of the aforesaid Jitendra Yadav and Arman Mian whereas submitted charge sheet against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43485 of 2018 (2) dt.19-07-2018 as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in Bettiah (Mufassil) P.S.
