JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of a writ of certiorary or appropriate writ for directing and commanding to the respondents to grant second time bond promotion and make payment of its financial benefit and give third A.C.P. in pay scale 4500 - 7000 by pay scale with statutory interest to the petitioner who has retired from service from the post of Rolar Driver in Road Constructions Department after completion of total service period 41 years 10 months 9 days, from the office of Road Construction division

Patna High Court CWJC No.25488 of 2013(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 Lakhisarai on 31.07.2012 as well as for direction to the respondents to make payment of entire arrears and dues amount of the petitioner with statuary interest which has not been paid to the petitioner up till now and on the basis of direction to refixation of pension to the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent State has submitted that all the outstanding dues have already been paid to the petitioner and in fact, in the year 2015 itself, the document of the petitioner for re-fixation of the pension amount on account of grant of benefits of A.C.P. has already been sent to the Accountant General, Bihar for approval. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities, in case of any subsisting grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
