Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under sections 33, 41, 42 of the Forest Act. The forest guard alleged that the petitioner and others were breaking stones on 08.10.2011 but forest guard did not apprehend any person. It appears that the complaint was filed in the year 2013. Petitioner is a labour.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
