Having regard to the fact that the petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail application was dismissed by order of this Court dated 13.3.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 38691 of 2014, this Court is not inclined to again entertain a fresh application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Md. Rashid is rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, has submitted that there has been a subsequent development by which the parties have sought to settle their dispute outside the court by entering into some sort of compromise.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28719 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 That being so, the petitioner must surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail where the alleged compromise shall also be taken into consideration by the trial court.
