2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner on the post of Home Guard constable which has been withheld by the respondent No. 3 after verification of the certificate of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that from the pleadings, it transpires that there is no representation filed by the petitioner before the concerned authority.

4. After considering this fact, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.5699 of 2025(2) dt.10-04-2025 2/2 petition, with liberty to avail the remedy by filing a representation before the concerned authority.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty.
