2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 192 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34/120(B)/498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21901 of 2023 but he could not surrender and is in jail since 16.12.2024.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

5. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17342 of 2025(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj/concerned Court below in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 192 of 2022 subject to condition that he will cooperate in the trial and will appear personally or through his lawyer in the Trial on the dates fixed.
