The Petitioner seeks quashing of the impugned order dated 24.8.2010 passed in Criminal Revision No. 148 of 2010 by the Court of Additional District & Sessions Judge II, Saran, Chapra, by which he has affirmed the order dated 3.5.2010 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 47 of 2009 by which it has refused to release the vehicle seized in the case in favour of the Petitioner.
Evidently, the Petitioner is no longer interested in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6928 of 2012 dt.06-02-2015 2/2 release of the vehicle which was refused by the Court below, hence, the application stands dismissed.
