The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 447 of 2017, a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and later of Sections 395 and 412 were also added. The F.I.R. of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. However, he has never put on T.I.P. and nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 24.09.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59406 of 2017 (3) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Barbigha Police Station Case No. 447 of 2017 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
