The petitioner has been in custody since 02.05.2018 in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 53/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392/394/411/414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on suspicion, he has been taken into custody and there has been no recovery from him. A Bolero vehicle was recovered from others who have been named in the present First Information Report. Considering the nature of allegation and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
