2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shahjahanpur P.S. Case No. 127 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, three unknown persons came to the informant on two motorcycles. They pointed katta on the informant and snatched the mobile, key of the informant's bike, Rs. 1,31,052/- cash, Aadhar card and Pan Card from the informant and fled away.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It has further been submitted that he is a person of clean antecedent and no recovery has been made from his possession. The FIR has been lodged against unknown persons

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18280 of 2025(4) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 and the name of the petitioner has been transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused person. Except the confessional statement of the co-accused person, there is nothing on record which shows the involvement of the petitioner in the present case.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Patna City in connection with Shahjahanpur P.S. Case No. 127 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.

7. It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear in the Court below on each and every date fixed in the case till framing of charge.
