The petitioners, two in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The informant alleged that Srijay Singh and Dilip Singh (petitioner no. 1) were abusing Ramadhar Singh, grandfather of the informant, and when the informant made protest, Srijay Singh fired causing firearm injury to the informant. Ramnath Singh (petitioner no. 2) also came running and is alleged to have ordered to kill the informant.
There appears that the occurrence took place due to land dispute and there is no allegation of assault against the petitioners

No.26997 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Kesaria P.S. Case No. 234/2014, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 5055/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
