2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 323, 379, 34 IPC registered in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 176 of 2013.

3. The petitioner has been falsely implicated as in fact the amount said to have been collected by the petitioner has already been deposited with the Birla Sunlife Insurance Company as evident from Annexure-2/2. The petitioner is a lady and claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or
