JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/337/333/307/341/323/353 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that people of two villages started pelting stones against each other and when the police intervened to pacify the mob, then one constable is said to have received injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general and injury of the constable has been found simple. It is further submitted that other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 21628 of 2015. Considering the aforementioned facts, let the above
