The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Dighwara P.S. Case No.03 of 2013, G.R. No.164 of 2013 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 379, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and later on section 302 was added. Earlier the petitioner has moved this Court for anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 33124 of 2014 and the same was dismissed as withdrawn. Even thereafter he has not surrendered before the court below and absconding for last five years.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
