JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No. C1 -1839 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be father in law and allegation and against him and others is of demand of dowry of Rs. Two lakh for purchase of tempo and of subjecting the complainant to torture and cruelty.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is father in law and no specific allegation has been attributed to him and as as matter of fact husband of complainant eloped with another girl and annoyed with the same the complainant has filed the present case implicating all

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sadar, Sitamarhi, in connection with Complaint Case No. C1 -1839 of 2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
