2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 467 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 191(1), 191(2), 191(3), 127(1), 127(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 74, 117(2), 303(2), 351(2), 352 read with section 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per the prosecution case, when the informant restrained the petitioner and the co-accused persons from doing the construction work in the disputed land then all the accused persons armed with various lethal weapons came and started abusing in the meantime, the co-accused Munna Kumar
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19057 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/3 assaulted the informant's father-in-law with iron rod on his head causing injury. Thereafter, Ranjit Kumar and Virendra Kumar opened fire and all the accused persons also assaulted the informant and her family members causing severe injuries to them and they also snatched golden Jiutiya from the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is a delay of six days in lodging the FIR. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the injured sustained simple injury. The petitioner has two criminal antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 467 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19057 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 3/3 2024.
7. The application stands allowed.
