The petitioners apprehend their arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Section 380 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant/complainant alleged that he had taken the premises of the petitioners on rent, but when he visited the godown on 20.12.2014, the lock of the godown was broken and 215 boxes of mineral water were missing. The petitioners had locked their godown.
It is submitted that the petitioners never let out their house or godown to the complainant on rent. No paper of agreement for letting out the premises on rent is filed. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26898 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Kadamkuan P.S.
