Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Co-accused-Vicky Kumar was apprehended by the police alongwith a stolen Scorpio. Vicky Kumar disclosed to the police that the petitioner was the person, who had fled away from there. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.04.2018. Investigation against the petitioner is already complete. Submission is that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41782 of 2018 (2) dt.16-07-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Runni Saidpur Police Station Case No.187 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
