2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 1156 of 2023 for the offence registered under sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 25.12.2023 by the informant, Amit Kumar.

3. As per the F.I.R., when this father, Rajendra Prasad was sitting near a temple, this petitioner along with son came and after abusing, it is alleged that this petitioner gave rod blow to him, causing injury on his head. Further, Kanhaiya Prasad repeatedly gave 'lathi' blow to his father while grand-father was assaulted by both the petitioner as also Kanhaiya Prasad. Accordingly, the F.I.R.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that main allegation is against Kanhaiya Prasad in which this petitioner has also been dragged in of hitting the grand-father.

5. Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail stating that allegation against this petitioner is of hitting both the informant as also the grand-father along with his son.

6. Considering the allegation that has come against the petitioner, it would be appropriate that he seeks bail.
