This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 13.04.2015 passed by learned Additional and Sessions Judge-V, West Champaran at Bettiah, P.S Case No. 60 of 2012, by which the court below had fixed a date on 04.05.2015 for framing of charge against the petitioner for offence under Sections 376(2)(f) of I.P.C.
